libconcord4 software package provides configuration tool for Harmony remotes - runtime libraries, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libconcord4
libconcord4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libconcord4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libconcord4 *
You will get with libconcord4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
